Pdf document shows distorted in Chrome & Edge

When viewing a document created in Adobe in Edge or Chrome, the document briefly displays correctly, then refresh/resize then show some of the fonts as distorted. System is Win 10 20H2, Adobe is version 22.003, Chrome ver 107.0.5304 & Edge 107.0.1418. 

The results are the same regardless of who signs into the computer.

Bugs in Chrome should be reported to Google. Bugs in Edge should be reported to Microsoft. (The reason they might have the same bugs if they have a lot of software in common).
