Hi There

We have been using Acrobat Adobe 9 Pro for a few years now, it has worked very well but recently we are experiencing issues with the program.

We have PDF files that are edited to include fields that can be typed into, these have been updated and amended along the years and all has been well.

Over the last couple of months the program has started to freeze mid edit causing the page to go blank and the fields hold no information. We have used the repair tool but still have this issue

Further to this if you try and save the document it give this error message

The document could not be saved. A file I/O error has occured

Does anyone know a way to fix this issue

Kind regards

Daron Ashmore
