PDF File to Google Drive

My computer recently updated to windows 11 - Adobe works fine on my computer but if i try to drop a file in google drive i get an error message..  I try to download the new version but it says i already have it.. has anyone had this problem?

If you are getting this message while viewing a pdf in a browser, you are most likely trying to open a Dynamic XFA (XML Form Architecture) PDF. To view such pdf documents, we recommend you to download the file locally and open it either in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.

This is normal for some kinds of PDF. Just can never work. The file must be downloaded before it can be opened.
