PDF Freezing

I have never had any problems opening, viewing or moving around on a PDF however in the last month or so the screen freezes up and can not control the PDF Page so I am forced to Cntrl Alt Delete out....I can however open in Google Chrome and works fine,

Can anyone help with this issue?

Hi Patrickc,

I assume that you have been referring to the desktop application Adobe Reader DC which is causing the application freeze?

Would you try installing the latest patch- Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader  and see if that helps you solving this problem.

Also, you may check the related help document and follow the further troubleshooting steps- Troubleshoot errors, freezes | Adobe Reader | Windows
