PDF not converting to any other document

I am no longer able to convert any of my PDF and also to add my signature what could be the issues

That depends. This is the forum for Reader which cannot create or convert pdf files. What product are you using and what steps are you taking to convert?

Hi. I have Acrobatic Reader DC. I normally open the document then I click on export document it then used to give me the options word, excel etc.  At times it doesnt work i then click on File then choose the option to convert etc
