When opening a PDF in Internet Explorer with the Reader plugin I can no longer open the print dialogue.
The error has started after the latest windows update.
We have several Win10 computers. When they update to latest Win10 there is no longer any response when pushing print button og Ctrl+P.
Does anyone have an idea of what to do?
Have a few dozen computers experiencing the same problem. Unistalling the latest Win10 updates did not resolve.
BTW: We are using version 20.009.20067 of Acrobat Reader DC.
How do I elevate this issue to development?
I think updating Acrobat Reader DC to the latest version may resolve the issue.
We are having increasing number of users having this issue. They are all running the latest version ov Reader DC.
I have reports of having trouble using Windows version 2004 and 20H2.
