I am experiencing a problem opening a PDF in Acrobat Reader with Windows 10 64 bit operating system. The PDF is using a font Arial-BoldMT which is not embedded. This font is not present on my system. When I copy the jumbled text and paste it into Word it displays correctly and identifies the font as Arial-BoldMT even though I cannot find the font residing on my system. I have tried this on two different 64 bit PC's. If I open the same file from a Windows 10 32 bit operating system the file opens without corrupting the font in question. However, if I copy the text and paste into Word the text is identified as Arial Bold. Does anyone have any suggestions?
