pdf Owner Guard

I have a customer that send me pdf's with a password that must be verified with pdf Owner Guard and once approved, opened with Adobe Reader.  Ever since I installed Windows 10 this no longer works.  What should I do?

Did you go to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions to get the latest version?

What part no longer works? PDF Owner Guard is not an Adobe product so if it is failing at that point, you may need to check with them.
