Pdf reader no longer starts correctly. When opening a pdf document, the top bar is no longer there. We have the latest version 2017.011.30194

Please try to reboot the computer once and see if that helps. Also, please check for any missing/pending update for computer OS and try updating it.
If it still doesn't work, please try to reset the Acrobat preferences to default as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792... and see if that works.
If it still doesn't work, please create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check .

In this case Reader was no longer the standard,because some users had defined the Edge as the standard for pdf,we then had such effects.
