pdf reader transfer pictures to words automaticly，I don't want this function.

How to cancle it?

What does you use? Acrobat Reader doesn't perform OCR.

I just think about it, it doesn't because of Acrobat Reader. But I can't copy pictures, after copying, pictures become black.

May be that the text is not part of the picture.

Your Adobe account doesn't show any subscription for Export PDF or Acrobat DC. How exactly you were converting picture or PDF to word?

As shared above, Adobe Reader doesn't perform OCR. With the subscription of Export PDF, Adobe Reader exports PDF to word if it contain real text. If your have a picture, that doesn't contain real text then resultant word doc would also be picture.
