I have a PDF document generated by a 3rd party tool. I can open it with Adobe Reader free version, then Save As.. to a different location. When I try the same actions with Acrobat Pro DC, I get the following error.

"The document could not be saved. there was a problem reading this document(14)"

When I Ctrl +OK to get more information, all I see is "Expected a dict object"

I ran the preflight analysis and don't see any syntax errors in the document either.

My questions are:

1.) Why does Save As work in free version, but not in Acrobat Pro?

2.) Is there a way to pinpoint where in the document internal structure, this missing dict object is?

Has anyone encountered similar issues or can answer my questions above and help me resolve it?

I've attached a sample doc, if anyone wants to test it out.
