pdf to word conversion

I tried to convert a pdf to word and it converted it to word in picture tools I am unable to edit it

What did you use to convert it? What are "picture tools"? Can you give us some more detailed information to the problem?

The file was already created in PDF when I dropped in adobe for conversion it converted to word in picture tools.  I ended up printing the file scanning it converting it to PDF and dropped in adobe and it did convert to word.  It worked.

Glad it worked out for you but I'm still confused what you mean by "picture tools".
