pdf uploaded as jpg

Dear All

I have very strange issue.

when I upload my cv in one of recuriment sites, it aploaded as jpg!!!!

It is writting that i can Upload it using pdf or jpg or png.

I selected my pdf file it can see it as pdf but when it uploaded it becomes jpg and the resuloation is very bad.

I tried all the browsers, even I tried it from another PC. BUT the same problem

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Also share a small video recording of the steps you are doing and the issue you are experiencing for a better understanding.

We are here for help, just need more information.

It is an issue with all PDF files.

I have already sent you a video recording about 10 hours ago.

This video doesn't show the issue you mentioned at all. It shows you attaching the file to an email and then having an issue uploading it to the Document Cloud. What does that have to do with converting it to an image file?

Excuse me, but I have clearly got into the wrong thread.
My issue is the one the my video….

Let me add that ADOBE support on this issue leaves something to be desired.

How does you upload the file?
