Adobe Reader DC updated last night and now will not print. I can't open the print dialogue either by pushing the print icon, ctr + P, or File> Print. Whenever I click those buttons, nothing happens. Running Adobe Acrobat DC version 15.006.30279 and flashversion 24.0.0.194.

Anyone else see this issue with the recent update?

Hi Joshuak67822945,

Please try the repair installation of the application and try again.

Also, refer to the link below and see if any of the steps help:

Let me know if the issue still persists.

Thanks,

On Acrobat DC, after a repair it seemed to work a little better- the tool bars is working-  but most of the tool still crash whenever you try to use them. Adobe crashes suddenly and spits out an error. We have two different clients now that are experiencing these issues. Please help.

Hi Joshuak67822945,

In this case, try the uninstallation and reinstallation of the application using the Adobe cleaner tool.

Please refer to the link below for the same:

Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,

Supriya
