PDF with hyperlinks from mac to pc?

Hi everyone, sorry for my english, it isn't very well.

I'm doing an important PDF presentation with hyperlinks in Adobe DC, they refer to other PDF. All of these material is in a specific folder.

I'm doing it with my mac, what happen if I would open that presentation in another Pc with windows? Can I zipping the folder and move the presentation without lose all of the hyperlinks?
