pdf won't convert to word dcoument

I purchased the cheaper plan because truly I just needed to convert pdf to word documents. I was using one of our older computers at school and we got newer ones. I have logged into my adobe account and have tried to convert a pdf to a word doc and it keeps saying there is a conversion failure, something goes wrong with uploading the pdf. what do I do?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to export the PDF to Word and getting the file conversion error.

- What is the workflow/steps you are doing to export the PDF to Word?

- Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Thank you for you help!

1. I will either open up a pdf that is saved on my desktop or open a new pdf I just downloaded through adobe. From there I will go to the export pdf tab and click what pdf I want to export. Next I will click on the conver button and the failure message will pop up.

2. I have tried multiple pdfs and all come back the same.
