Good day everyone
It seems I am having a difficult time getting my computer to print a pdf file. I should disclose its a new computer and I just downloaded and installed software within the past week. I have try to print the file in other computer and no luck. Also the ico for the file appears as a weblink, but with a .pdf extension. Does anyone knows how I could go about fixing this issue?
Thank you all for your time and wish you all a great winter season

You've posted to the Forum Lounge, a non-software-specific hangout on the Adobe forums. Which program are you attempting to use to print the PDF from? Knowing that will allow a moderator to move your post to the correct forum.
To me, it sounds like you have one of your browsers set as the default program for reading PDFs. You would need to change that to whichever Adobe program you plan to use.

I apologize. Out of frustration did not pay attention about posting it correctly. I am opening the files using adobe acrobat reader, and trying to print from there is not working. it shows the file, but does not print. can I forward this post to the right forum? or should I delete it and re-post it on the correct page?

What OS do you have? Are you actually opening the file in Adobe Reader or are you opening it in a web browser? What steps are you taking and what exactly happens when you try to print?

Can you define what you mean by the above statement. What is "ico"?
