PDF Writable form - free text display fully on screen BUT only prints small section on the hard copy

I have created a form in MS office then convered it to a writable form in Adobe Acrobat DC(2).

the free text box expands as much as the user requires and all thier text viewable on screen. 

But when printing the hard copy for the reciepent it only displays the top seciont of text that fits into the preset box height and width.

How do I print this so all the text is displayed and printed?

That's not possible. Text fields in a normal PDF form will not expand to fit their contents.

Either the text size will become smaller and smaller (if set to Auto), or a scroll-bar will appear and the text will be pushed down the field. Only in the former option will the entire text appear when printed. But either way the field will not adjust its size to fit the contents.
