Hi Community!

I downloaded the latest PDFFilter from Adobe. It is this link: https://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5542

After installing I looked into the indication options of Windows. The indicator ran the whole night and indicated over 58.000 files. But the PDF Filter still does not search in the Content of PDFs.

Does anybody know a solution?

Best greetings

Hi Dominikh,

If everything you setup was okay.

Then it could be either those files are not searchable means either they are scanned documents or they are flattened pdf's.

If you open a single document from the pile are you able to search the contents of the file?

You may also have a look of this kb: PDF search breaks after 11.0 install of Adobe Acrobat or Reader
