PDFs not printing in colour

I seem to be unable to print PDFs in colour but I can't see why. I can print other things eg word documents in colour so it seems to be an Adobe problem. I've made sure print in grayscale is not ticked but it still won't work and I can't see what else I can do to resolve this - any ideas?

PS I've also tried checking for udpdates and there weren't any

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to print? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download it to your computer locally and try again.

Also make sure you have the recent version 21.11.20039 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

You may also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and check if that works.

Also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights  or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there.
