Hello, Does anyone can confirm if PKCS#11 CKK_EC is supported in adobe reader 11.x or latest? I know that elliptic curve is already listed in the supported algorithm for digital signature but seems still not supported if using the p11 library.

thanks,

Reader 11 is end-of-life and should no longer be used. Use Reader DC. However, what info do you have that PDF digital signatures support elliptic curves? PDF is a standard and vendors cannot just start to use new technology, no matter how much other industries may be doing so.

Hello, thanks for the reply. Info is coming from Adobe reader dc: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/DigSigDC/standards.html. I am not asking that any vendors or in this case Adobe should start a new technology. I am just asking for a confirmation for others in the community if they have tried generating digital signature using elliptic curve via pkcs11 API  in latest adobe reader (DC).
