Hi, I created a PDF (MAC Acrobat DC Pro) with MP4 link on the icon. I gave the file (PDF & MP4) to my friend and he only has Acrobat Reader. When he click the icon link to play MP4, it says
Could not open the file 'Test 1a.mp4'
Any idea why it won't play MP4? Thank you in advance.
