Dear Support

everytime i ctrl-H my document goes fullscreen

it behaves the same as ctrl-L

this is very annoying for me as i want the read mode view please as it was still windowed without all the toolbars.

I ahve tried to repair installation in the help menu, worked the first time, but now it has happened again and is not solving the issue.

Puulling hair out

Yours faithfully

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that and the delay in response.

I have tried to reproduce the issue on my end and its working as it should. Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.05.20048 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also please try to repair the installation (Win Only) from the help menu. Go to Help > Repair Installation.

You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences to default as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792... and see if that works for you.

Regards

Amal
