Plus possible d'envoyer de PDF en pièce jointe

Depuis quelques temps je n'arrive plus à envoyer de PDF en pièce jointe, l'application de messagerie par défaut (Outlook) ressort comme « inconnu » et ceci malgré une désinstallation d'Adobe.

We're sorry for the trouble you had, please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed, check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates.

Reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and check.

Check if you have email client listed in Reader Preferences. To check Launch Acrobat Reader>Edit>Preferences>Email Account, you may set the one which you want if you can see in the list.

Are you on a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version?

Hello Anand,

As you can see on the screenshot below Microsoft Outlook does not appear in the list of default mail applications, before I had no problem.

In addition, the version of Adobe Acrobat reader DC is:

2019-010-20064

The operating system used on my computer is: Windows 10 Family 2018

I did what you recommended below:

And when I want to send an attachment by email I now get the error message:

“An error occurred while sending the message”

I of course restarted my computer
