Hello
one of my end users on a fairly new laptop has this really annoying bug we cant clear
upon launching Reader DC(Free) we get what seems to be a login popup but before it loads it vanishes, then comes back and just gets stuck in this loop for around 5 mins before it clears and can be used
i followed a couple of guides on this forum and so far nothing has fixed this issue(permissions/reinstalls etc)
this is a domain joined laptop, but out of the other 9 noone else gets this
4 users have CC installed, this being one and no matter what we do we are stuck with this sign in loop
cant anyone help.
as this is a client computer i need to pre arrange remote access if logs are required please let me know
in the mean time ive had to advise he use a competitor app

Sorry to keep you waiting. The planned update for Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC version 21.11.20039 is now available. Please update the application from the help menu > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
You may also download the patch manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html and see if that works for you.
