POSTER option greyed out in Acrobat Reader

Can anyone in Adobe fix this issue that a lot of people are having after they've updated to the latest MacOS 14?! Why are we paying for a service that ignores the customers problems?! We need answers now. If anyone has an alternative please let me know, thank you.
