Hi,

We have a case where someone goes down a number of scans in a folder and checks the preview pane on the right side in Explorer to see what the file is and then renames it and then selects the next one. They do this quite quickly, renaming a number of files in succession but then reaches a point where the preview in the right pane stops displaying and is just blank. They would then have to reboot to restore the preview. I have noticed a number of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC background processes running in Task Manager and when they're killed the preview pane works again. I created a batch file with taskkill to kill the processes as a quick fix but is there an alternative one that's better at all?
