Use to be able to scan documents from my printers HP Envy 7640 and Epson XP-800 to my PC but for some reason it no longer working. When I try to open on PC it says file corrupt or doesn't recognize file type. When I try to resolve it seems that I'm being directed to purchase an expensive monthy Adobe package that I don't think I need. I'm a simple retiree trying to scan a document to my pc and be able to view it and send it to someone else. Any advice?
