When we open a PDF file using Adobe Reader and print this document  to Xerox printers the colors on screen are different from the colors that it actually prints. Blue headers print purple. We tried changing printer configurations but it didn't help. Print as image is printing the colors correctly.

Please help us as we are facing this issue in enterprise.

Hi Swathim,

Please try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Check if an update is available for Reader using "check for updates" option under "Help" menu. You may also download updates from here: Adobe software and product updates , reboot the machine after installing update and try again.

2- Check if you have "color correction" option available under printer's preferences. If it is, shut off color correction (to none) in the driver and try again.

3- Also, try changing the options (given in the screenshot below) under File > Print > Advanced and check if that helps.

Thank You,

Shivam
