Can anyone please explain why this occurs and how it can be remedied? Is it in fact something in Excel that causes the  entire workbook NOT to appear in a single pdf file when required and if so, what can be done to stop this happening, or is it an Adobe issue and again, if so, what can be done to prevent this occurring?

Hi josephb888888,

I am sorry for taking so long to respond.

As I have checked the details for your account, you have Adobe Export PDF subscription active, which allows you to convert PDF to other formats like Excel/ Word etc. But in the description above, you mentioned that you are trying to print Excel to PDF, is that correct?

Could you please let me know the application in which you are printing to PDF?

Have you tried with another Excel file?

Awaiting your response.
