Hi,
I have observed a strange behaviour with my Adobe Acrobat Reader. I have a pdf form which was filled out and generated by Microsoft's Print to PDF option. This form has 2 check boxes options in it, and the second check box is checked. When I take print out of the file, it is printing first check box checked instead of second box!
This strange behaviour is happening only in one of my laptops. Please see the Adobe Redaer version and OS version installed in that laptop.
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version: Continuous Release | Version 2022.002.20191
OS version : Windows 10 Enterprise
This behaviour has created big issue to me. So I would like to know more about the root casue rather than solution. Could you please explain me what could have caused this?
Thanks

Nobody will be able to tell you, what's the exact reason for this behavior, since the happens only at your end and is not a common problem. Check the print dialog. If the checkmark is set correct in the preview window, there might be a problem with the printer or it driver. You then can try to change the print settings such as "print as image", to see if this has any impact.

Hi @radzmar
Thank you for your response. I have checked, and it's showing incorrect check box selection in print preview dialog as well. And also, I have tried with print as image option in pring advanced configuration, but the preview dialogue still shows incorrect check box selection.

Weird! Can you share a PDF which has this issue?
