Hello Ebenhombok,

We're sorry for the trouble you had while printing the PDF form using Adobe Reader. Are you getting any error message while printing the PDF form with barcodes?

Are you trying to print the PDF form from Adobe Reader or from any browser? Make sure you download the form on the desktop and then try printing.

Try printing the PDF as Print as Image option, for instruction, you may refer to Print PDF as image | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

You can also refer and try the suggestions from Adobe article Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

Make sure you have the latest Adobe Reader installed, check for any pending updates from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and try printing the PDF.

Is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of OS installed? What is the dot version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

let us know how it goes and share your observation.

Hi Anand,

We're sorry for the trouble you had while printing the PDF form using Adobe Reader. Are you getting any error message while printing the PDF form with barcodes?   no.  form shows bar codes when downloaded and disappears one printing is attempted.

Are you trying to print the PDF form from Adobe Reader or from any browser? Make sure you download the form on the desktop and then try printing.  from Adobe Reader DC

Try printing the PDF as Print as Image option, for instruction, you may refer to Print PDF as image | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

This option is blocked on print image option.

The bar code on the irs form appears when it' downloaded but disappears and is all gray when printing is view as well as when form is printed out.

Make sure that 'Print as grayscale ' is unchecked in the print window settings and then try printing the PDF file as Image.

Install the latest printer driver/firmware and reboot the machine, check for any pending updates for the printer driver.

If the issue still persists, remove Adobe Reader using Acrobat cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

is it possible to share the form with us so that we can test it at our end?

To share the file, please use Adobe Send feature, login to https://cloud.acrobat.com/send using your Adobe ID(email) and password, upload the file, share the link to files via private message only, How Do I Send Private Message
