Printing in IE

I have a customer who can print from IE when it opens in Adobe Reader DC, but some documents are opening in IE PDF viewer instead. When you click the print symbol nothing happens. You can save it though, but that isn't ideal.

Is there a setting in Adobe that is preventing this? Thank you in advance!
