printing issue

Hello,

Trying to print  goverment documents in pdf and i cannot  and says this document cannot be printed.the rest of  pdf i can print,  i tried to fix it but cannot. pls help

Hi Elzbietab,

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to prin a particular PDF file, the rest of the PDFs print fine.

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to print the PDF? Are you printing through Web or via Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application?

Also, please check the document restriction summary of the PDF file and see if printing is allowed or not. Open the PDF > File > Properties >  Under 'security tab' check if printing is allowed.
