Printing Sticky Notes accurately

Hi

I'm working with a document using sticky note comments. The sticky note icons are properly placed on the screen, but when I print them they are significantly displaced so often the comments cannot be linked to the text they describe. I note the page size is decreased when I print as well so perhaps the two issues are related. Can anyone help me resolve this?

Unfortunately, I don't seem to be able to attach screen shots and scanned documents to this question, but if someone can help, I'll be happy to mail them.

Thanks in advance

Steve

Hi Steveladd,

Yes, you can send the details to us via private message.

I have shared an email via private message, you can attach the screenshot to that.

Which version of Adobe Reader you have, is it Reader DC?

Please open Reader go to Help> Check for update

As mentioned above the page size is getting  decreased for that you can check the settings of Page sizing & handling under Print section.

Try to change it to Fit or Actual size and see if that makes difference.

Regards,

Akanchha
