Problème d'affichage dans windoxs explorer

Bonjour,

J'ai bien bien coché "activer les vignettes d'aperçu PDF dans l'explorateur windoxs " mais l'affichage se fait en vignettes, alors qu'auparavant,  le fichier sélectionné s'affichait en grand !
