Problem for filling forms

I am using windows 10 and have downloaded Acrobat Reader DC for filling forms. When I fill the form using chinese characters, the program will closed. I have tried to uninstall and then install again and restarted the computer after both action, but problem still exist. What can I do to solve this problem?

Please try repairing the application. Go to Help menu>Repair installation.

Check if this helps.

Is it an issue with the particular form?

Do you get any error message when the application closes?

What is the dot version fo Adobe Reader DC you are using?
