Problem generating a PDF in HIX

Dear people,

Is there anybody who might have a solution to this problem.
The problem is if we generate a PDF and we edit it then you will see the arrow change each time to a hand. The pdf is created in HIX an electronic patient file.
In the flim you can see what the problem is.

This probably doesn't have anything to do with the free Acrobat Reader (the focus of this forum). It cannot create or edit pdf files.

We just opens a PDF document and scoll a few times; then the PDF-hand appears and changes continue from hand to pointer within our EMR/EPD.

Do you use Acrobat Reader?

The problem was in the version of Acrobat Reader DC we tried it with XI and the problem was gone.
