problem with a printer

Im not able to print HB asked me to talk to you because is printing from there that  I need to talk with adobe

Hi Susannaf,

Please try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Check if an update is available for Reader/ Acrobat, click "Check for Updates" under Help

2- If that doesn't work, try the steps given in this link: Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

3- If step 2 doesn't work, try disabling protected mode as suggested in this link: With Adobe Reader 11 I am unable to print any PDFs from both printers. Other documents are fine. (Print Production)

Please note: Disabling protected mode is for troubleshooting purposes only. Turn the feature back on when the troubleshooting is complete.

Are you able to print from other applications like MS Word?

Is there any error message you are receiving when trying to print?

Could you let us know the dot version of Reader/Acrobat installed on your machine: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

And, the operating system running on the machine- Mac/Windows?
