problem with the search tool

Hi, my problem is that every time i use the tool "search" the program stops working and closes itself, I already have uninstalled and installed again and the problem continues.

Any idea? Thank you!

just for my learning, why does the cache produces this problem?

Since we have not been able to reproduce the crash on our side, we don’t know the specific conditions that can cause it.

We do know that it is remedied for some users after purging the cache, and so I provided that suggestion.

i also  have the issue.my SEARCH option stop working .now when I tried to reach for help ,they showed me this page and the link I pressed is not working.KINDLY HELP ME .
