After the automatic update on 7/14, I couldn't print .pdf's. I tried rebooting the printer and computer (Win10 PC) )(Canon MB2720)and nothing. I tried reader repair, no help. Uninstalled and then installed current version. It looks like it tries to open, but doesn't. Now totally inoperable.
I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader.
Are you having trouble with an issue with a particular file? If yes, would you mind sharing the file with us for further investigation?
A screenshot of the error would be great if there is an error message.
You might also want to check if the drivers for the printer are up to date. You can go to the given link and update the driver for the printer: Canon MAXIFY MB2720 Driver Download (drivers-canon.com)

I don't have any screenshots as th Reader just won't open t\at all.
This is the official site of Canon providing the drivers. You can proceed to the website without any issues.
Also, the reader is not opening, do you get any errors? Please share a screenshot or screen recording of the event for better understanding.
I don't know how or why, but it started working on Wednesday.
