Grazie.

Hi, after installing the latest update of adobe reader cannot use zooming in, out and scrolling pages by using mouse/trackpad. I already checked that it was not the fault of Windows updates, keyboard/mouse, and I proceeded even uninstalling and reinstalling several times application. Do you know if there is a solution to this problem? Thank you. I use a surface pro.

Hello Alessandrom,
We're sorry for the trouble you had, as per the description above, you are not able to zoom in, out and scroll in a PDF on your surface pro, Is that correct?
What is the dot version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
What is the version of OS installed on the Surface Pro?
Make sure that you have the latest touch driver installed, try uninstalling and reinstalling it once. Is the zoom in and out and scroll is working with other applications?
Try disabling the Protected mode of Adobe Reader once and check, navigate to Edit>Preferences>Security(enhanced)>Disable the Protected mode at startup.
Let us know your observation.
Thanks,
Anand Sri.

Hi Anand, thanks for helping. I've the adobe acrobat reader DC, continuous release version 2018.009.20044. The OS is Windows 10 pro with the leatest update. I've tried to unistall and reinstalling the latest touch driver update but the problem is the same, i've also tried to use the scroll and the zoom in and out with other apps and i'm not finding any problem. I've also tried to change the setting of protected mode but no solution. Are there any other things that i can try to solve this problem? Thank you a lot for your help.

Hi Anand, unfortunatly even with the last patch the problem is still there. I've only noticed that now with the trackpad i can scroll the previous page till the first but i can't scroll the next page. It seems to recognise that i'm trying to scroll down because when i try to scroll down it opens a little screen with pages but it doesn't change the page. Thank you for helping me.
