PROBLEMA FIRMA CON CERTIFICADO DIGITAL

Buenos dias

 

llevo dias arrastrando un problema (adjunto imagen) el cual cuando firmo me sale la parte del nombre todo sobrepuesta y no tengo forma de solucionarlo.

 

Antiguamente desinstalaba e instalaba , y borraba temporales pero nada.
