Thanks for sharing the screenshot.
The border of the pdf file opened in Acrobat has been duplicated. Is it just this file doesn't open correctly, or does every file you open in the app?
Try these steps:
1- Close Acrobat Reader
2- Open task manager>select Acrobat Reader instances running in the background and End Task
3- relaunch the app, and if it still doesn't work, then
Navigate to Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Startup" and "Enhanced Security">OK>Reboot Reader.
