problems converting pdf to Word doc

New Here ,
Apr 27, 2017 Apr 27, 2017

I've only been subscribed for a few days, and I've had success converting some documents via my desktop. But I have been constantly getting this message when I try to sign in to do a conversion: "A network error occurred while attempting to sign in".  I do not have local network issues, obviously since I'm sending this via the internet.  It doesn't matter what document I select either, same problem for all.

Desperate and frustrated, particularly for paying the fee with no one to contact.

Advice??

Does the same thing happen when you try and convert from here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

thanks for your help; it did work through the cloud, but I'd prefer to do it on my desktop.

But now I have a customer support # thanks to you, so maybe they can figure out the real problem.

But thanks for your humble support, big help!!

Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Kindly update your application form Help> Check for updates. Your latest version should be 2017.009.20044.

Also, try repairing your application and restart machine if that doesn't work.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Poorvi
