Problems opening files

I am not sure when it happened, but at least the last couple months I have been unable to open or print from my adobe DC downloads.

I have some docs there I need to keep. I am not tech savvy, can anyone help?

Hi Donnad32888063,

As mentioned above, when you are trying to open or print any pdf document what exactly happen? Is there any error message comes up or application freezes?

Could you please provide more details on it?

Also, you may try some workaround to see if that helps.

Reboot computer
Make sure that you have updated the application.
Launch application> Help>Check for update
If you are referring to one particular pdf file then you may try with a different one. Or refer to Can't open PDF
