Problems when opening Adobe Acrobat

Every single time I open a PDF adobe asks med to agree on the licens agreement. When the PDF has opened Adobe asks me to see the new guide on easy file access.

I have tried logging in to adobe, but I am still faced with the same two pop-up windows everytime I open a document.

Assuming you are using Windows machine, Please try the following steps mentioned below:

• Close and Quit the Acrobat.
• Open Task Manager and close all Adobe related process.
  • In Case of Mac machine, Open the Activity Monitor and close all Adobe related tasks.
• Reboot the machine.
• Use the Adobe Cleaner tool to uninstall the Acrobat/Reader, download the Cleaner tool from Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
• Restart the machine
• Download and install the Acrobat Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
