Terrible happen. Blue screen Kernel Problem error appeard and nothing from you tube or programmes to fix it not working. Adobe Reader stopped working and whole system had troubles-Windows 8.1. It started to ask me to refresh system, which I did. Many programs and functions dessapeared. Blue screen keep comming bac, but I cannot open any Acrobat Reader document which I have on laptop. I tried to install new Acrobat reader. it is dowloading, starting to install, working well until 90%. Then saying it is error, earlier version is already installed and it is not helping to remove all conected with Acrobat Reader data and instalation programme or anything else. Any new instalation stops at 90% and not allowing to install again. I think I need to buy new laptop. Have another one which is not working well-have about 15+ years but nothing like this is happening, new 2+years old laptop gone crazy. Anybody any idea how to install Acrobat Reader PLEASE HELP!
