Since Acrobat Reader DC update 15.023.20056 several users in our company receive an error when they run a report.
The error message is: There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (103:103)
I found the same situation including a workaround here: IBM "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader... 103:103" when running 'Reconcile - Opening Bana...
Is there any structural solution available?
Perhaps in the next Acrobat Reader DC update?
Today Adobe asked me to test update 15.023.20068. My test was succesfull, the problem is solved. I hope that Adobe ships this patch soon.
