I'm sure this is a common issue, but I haven't been able to find an answer anywhere else. I have the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC and lately am being prompted to sign in every time I try to open a PDF doc. If I close the login prompt, I am still able to view the file, but I don't know why I'm suddenly being asked for this. I'm not aware of any unusual changes to my laptop. How do I get rid of this?
If any other specific info. is needed, I'll gladly supply it. Thank you in advance.

Could you post a screenshot of the message you receive? Reader is a free program requiring no subscription or logging in.
